The Haerfest 'Collection D' tote line blurs the lines between gender-focused fashion. The bags are remarkably feminine in spite of their menswear background, furthering a growing culture of purses for men.
This Spring/Summer 2013 set is sleek, functional and moreover inspired by natural elements. Haerfest works to capture the essence of sea creatures, building on natural shapes and colours. This comes to the fore via the nude and bone-tinged shading, seen here in the light camel and deep nut tones.
Byeonsanbando Coast was the ultimate muse for Collection D. It was there that Haerfest observed life unfold through the animals, pebbles and plants. These observations proved to be essential to the patterns, cuts and minimalist style. And while few decorative embellishments are present, Collection D comes available in the forms of zip wallets, messenger bags, card holders and handle clutches.
