Seed Health has introduced a new category of dietary supplements termed 'Co-Biotics.' These are designed to simultaneously target human physiological pathways and the resident microbial community in the gut.
Seed Health's initial product line consists of three formulations — the DM-02™ Daily Multivitamin, the AM-02™ Energy + Focus, and the PM-02™ Sleep + Restore. These dietary supplements rely on a proprietary two-stage capsule system, where an outer layer dissolves to release compounds intended for absorption by the human body in the upper digestive tract, while an inner capsule travels to the colon to deliver prebiotics and other nutrients meant to support microbial activity. The underlying scientific premise of Co-Biotics is that by supporting both human and microbial biology, the efficacy of the supplements for systemic functions like energy metabolism, cognitive performance, and sleep regulation is enhanced.
