Senior Pharmacy Healthcare Platforms

Clover Health and IPC Digital Health have announced a new partnership for a new pharmacy pilot project that's intended to help seniors better manage their medications. The program will make use of the IPC iCare Independent Pharmacy Network that boasts thousands of community-focused pharmacies across New Jersey. The program will also see local pharmacies able to deploy care tools and services that will help Clover members who are managing chronic conditions to stay on track with their medications, which could help them to avoid healthcare complications.
