Trash-Trapping Picnic Blankets

Aiming to reduce trash in public parks, a Dutch firm created the CleanPicnic blanket. The blanket is completely made out of recycled plastic and was built to reduce littering. CleanPicnic converts into a sealable trash bag after you're done using it so that you can take all of your trash with you. As a result, users of the eco-friendly blanket can conveniently clean up after themselves.

In addition to being convenient, CleanPicnic also looks great. The eco blanket comes in various patterns to mimic traditional picnic blankets.

The Dutch firm that created CleanPicnic is currently trying to sell the product to parks to help reduce littering. By giving the blankets away for free, parks can save money by reducing maintenance and cleaning fees.
