The bars include the Apricoa and the Cocoa Booster, which will both make their debut on the brand's website and at its factory store locations in Switzerland. The Apricoa bar is a smooth vegan chocolate with apricot kernels in the mix to give it a crunchy texture, while the Cocoa Booster is positioned as a mindful snack with ample cocoa flavanols that will contribute positively to one's health.

The new Chocolat Stella chocolate bars will be available starting July 1, 2025 and build on the brand's previous success with limited time offerings (LTOs) in 2024.
