Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar has just unveiled its spring 2023 menu and it includes some globally inspired new offerings like the Chicken Katsu Sando and Slow-Cooked Pork Carnitas.
Ranging from the Mediterranean to Japan, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar's new menu is all about showcasing international flavors and perhaps one of the most exciting new additions is the Chicken Katsu Sando. For those unfamiliar, chicken katsu is Japanese-style fried chicken. Lazy Dog's new Chicken Katsu Sando consists of a crispy panko-crusted chicken breast, shredded cabbage, a citrusy yuzu and pepper aioli, and katsu sauce, all served on two slices of milk bread. The sandwich also comes with your choice of side dish.
Lazy Dog's new spring menu will be available at all locations starting on April 5, 2023.
