Chef-Created Cultural Sauces

Chef Carlos Brown Launches Line of Gullah Geechee-Inspired Sauces

Chef Carlos Brown is introducing a new collection of sauces and dressings showcasing Gullah Geechee cuisine's unique culture and flavors. The Gullah Gourmet by Chef Carlos Brown collection pays homage to the vibrant culinary traditions of the Gullah Geechee people, who inhabit the coastal regions of the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida.

The line comprises the Gourmet Steak Sauce, Gourmet Wing Sauce, Gourmet Strawberry Vinaigrette, and Gourmet Onion Citrus.

“These sauces are more than just condiments,” said Brown. “They're a gateway to a whole new way of experiencing Southern cuisine.”

The Gullah Gourmet by Chef Carlos Brown line will be available in select specialty retail stores and cafes, including esteemed establishments such as Omni Coffee and Eggs in Atlanta, Ruby's New York-Style Bagels in Charleston, South Carolina, and a dedicated retail outlet at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
