The sharper tasting havarti cheese "lends a great little salty snap to these cheesecake bars, while the thyme makes for a pretty green funfetti-ish situation" as well as adding an esthetically pleasing garnish. The cheesecake squares recipe features a graham cracker crust with a filling that includes ingredients like shredded aged havarti cheese, fresh thyme leaves and whole milk ricotta. The homemade cheesecakes are also drizzled with honey.
