Beef Jerky and Cheese Strings Together at Last in Cheese Jerky

— December 4, 2009 — Lifestyle
If you like mozzarella cheese strings and beef jerky, Cheese Jerky is a snack that you must try. Cheese Jerky consists of mozzarella string cheese with pieces of beef jerk mixed in. It currently comes in only two flavors: original and pepper. But there are plans for more.

Cheese Jerky is made by a US company called Snack Patrol. Ross Segel, Snack Patrol’s owner, claims, “I can’t make a bad cheese product because I’m from Wisconsin.” Both the cheese and jerky are sourced from local Wisconsin businesses. It sounds kind of gross (OK very gross) but I bet Cheese Jerky is pretty addictive.
