Kingston University fashion graduate Charli Cohen has created a stunning sportswear clothing line for women. Her inspiration came from the stereotypes that perception of women who weight train as being tomboys or manly. This collection combines functionality with high-fashion to provide active women with a stylish wardrobe to suit their lifestyle.
Cohen asked some of her fit friends to send her two pictures, one in their everyday attire and one of them in training mode. It was crucial for the designer to explore the psychology behind the clothing choices that women made in order to create an appealing line.
Yellow shopping bags influenced the designer to use the highlighter yellow as her accent color throughout the line.
