The bags feature the classic Chanel quilted fabric, in luxurious dark colours. The Chanel Coco Cocoon ads are simplistic and beautiful, and do a fantastic job of keeping readers' concentration on the bag and style.

Implications - Any company that seeks to sell luxury items would be wise to invest in marketing that is monochrome and understated. By eschewing the traditional conventions of marketing (loud and abrasive), the company appeals to "old money" types who seek a more mature, elegant and upscale brand that reflects their lifestyle.
