Fitness guru Neila Rey has come up with workout routines inspired by famously fit pop culture icons. While it's certain the workouts aren't actually used by the celebrities themselves, it does add a little extra inspiration to your personal workout routine.
The workouts are imaged on posters and have themes that range from superheroes like Batman and Iron Man to movie legends from the Matrix and Rocky franchise. Many include a workout routine of 6-12 different exercises that give visual instructions and list how many sets and reps you should be doing.
