Fan-made live action cartoon adaptations seriously don’t come any more impressive than this 60 second adaptation of Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph.
Before you watch the video, be aware that the video contains massive spoilers for a wonderful film. If you haven’t seen the real movie, make sure you watch that first. This fan-made submission the Virgin Radio in Vancouver’s 2013 Fake Film Festival is a marvel to behold. The real life actors blend in seamlessly with the digital backgrounds from the film. The 60 second video covers most of the major scenes and plot points from the movie, which deals with video game bad guy Wreck-It Ralph as he learns that being the bad guy doesn’t mean you have to be a bad guy.
If this mother of cartoon adaptations wins the fan vote, the creators get $10,000.
