Heather explains that making candy lip balm is fairly easy and only requires twist-up lip balm tubes, powdered gelatin, ginger ale, confectioners' sugar, gel food coloring and the consumer's choice of candy flavoring oil. After mixing these ingredients together, consumer's are met with an assortment of beautiful candy dough which they can use to fill their twist-up lip balm tubes.
