Odor Eater Hangers

Bye Bye Laundry by Lisa Marie Bengtsson Helps Reduce Water Consumption

The Bye Bye Laundry clothes hangers are ingenious. As its cute name suggests, it helps negate the need for washing clothes. It accomplishes this by way of a chamber of activated charcoal attached to each hanger. This charcoal happens to be a form of carbon processed with oxygen to be exceptionally porous and absorbent.

Designed by recent graduate Lisa Marie Bengtsson, the Bye Bye Laundry clothes hangers are atypical for more than their odor eating abilities. They are also malleable to accommodate different clothes and fabrics. The Bye Bye Laundry clothes hangers were created to reduce water consumption. Bengtsson explains, "Sometimes we throw half-dirty clothes in the laundry basket because we don’t know where else to put them." Now that doesn't have to be the case.
