Toronto-based bakery Butter Baker is known for its decadent cake selection and its Matchamisu creation is no exception.
The instant fan favorite is a fresh and updated twist on a classic Italian dessert -- the coffee-infused Tiramisu -- but is instead made with "layers of Uji matcha chiffon cakes" and "filled with mascarpone vanilla crème and milk chocolate and 66% dark chocolate chantilly."
