Buldak Mac & Cheese Brings a Signature Spice Profile to a Creamy Format

Samyang Foods, the force behind fan-favorite Buldak, announced the official launch of Buldak Mac & Cheese, which pairs a world-renowned spicy kick with a rich, cheesy sauce. When it comes to mac and cheese's heat level, the options are usually mild and Samyang Foods saw an opportunity to disrupt the category with two big, bold, craveable varieties: Sweet Corn Buldak Mac & Cheese and Carbonara Buldak Mac & Cheese.

"Traditional Mac & Cheese has remained unchanged for decades, leaving a massive opportunity for a product that speaks to the modern palate," said Youngsik Shin, CEO at Samyang America. "By combining the creamy indulgence of Mac & Cheese with the signature Buldak sauce, we are creating an entirely new eating occasion that moves beyond the pantry staple into a cultural experience."

Buldak Mac & Cheese, rolling out nationwide, will be available exclusively at Walmart from May through late fall.
