Plenty Unlimited Inc., an agricultural technology platform specializing in vertical farming, has teamed up with gourmet grocer Bristol Farms to expand its Plenty Leafy Green line in Southern California. For Plenty, the new partnership marks a major distribution expansion, while for Bristol Farms, it represents the first time the company will have ever sold indoor, vertically grown produce.
