The Boursin® Blue-Menthal Menu Was Created with Jack Blumenthal

The Boursin® Blue-Menthal Menu has been developed in partnership with chef Jack Blumenthal as a series of items that will be on offer at Ginger Wings locations in the UK for foodies to try out this fall.

The menu consists of five items that have all been created using Boursin's new Blue Cheese Flavor cheese product including Ginger Wings with Buffalo Blue Sauce, Mac & Blue, Blue-gères, Crispy Clucker Salad Niçoise and Plump Padron Poppers. The menu will be available this month through January 2026 for diners to try out, which will also help to promote the Boursin Blue Cheese Flavor cheese product for consumers to pick up at the grocery store.

Blumenthal commented on the Boursin® Blue-Menthal Menu saying, "Boursin®’s new Blue Cheese Flavour has been a huge inspiration. Its creamy flavour made it impossible to choose just one hero dish, which is why there are five on the menu! Each one reflects how something simple can be transformed into something truly special, which is exactly how I approach cooking.
