The board is raised 6 inches off the ground, with 2.5-inch square sides. The exercise board is designed to accommodate jumping jacks, jump squats, push-ups, pistol squats, running in place, and step aerobics.
The BoomBoxing Board includes a hybrid stepper and rebounder design, with an EVA, non-slip surface. Its square-shaped design allows for equal foot placement that is ideal for most exercising poses.
