Elevated Member Experience Competitions

Body Fit Training Debuts the PODIUM Series

Body Fit Training (BFT) has introduced the PODIUM Series — a new global competition designed to elevate the member experience by bringing performance, competition, and community together within the studio environment. This move offers franchisees a powerful tool to drive engagement, improve retention, and unlock additional revenue opportunities.

The structured competition reframes Body Fit Training's science-backed training model into a team-based event where members compete in pairs across four performance zones testing strength, conditioning, endurance, and overall work capacity. The results are tracked live on a leaderboard to add pace and intensity while remaining grounded in measurable training outcomes.

The inaugural event of Body Fit Training's PODIUM Series was scheduled for Sunday, August 2nd, with winners announced on August 4th. It offered both current members and non-members an experiential entry point to experience to the organization's coaching, culture, and training model.
