With COVID-19 forcing many restaurants to quickly improve their digital ordering systems to increase sales and improve safety, Ohio-based homestyle restaurant chain Bob Evans has joined in with the launch of the Bob Evans app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices.
Like many other restaurant apps, the Bob Evans app cuts down on third-party fees while still making it easier for its customers to order directly from the location nearest to them. The app also incorporates contactless payment, curbside pickup and delivery, a Favorites feature that allows for quick reordering, and exclusive deals and coupons. This includes a sign up incentive, which grants customers a free slice of pie from the restaurant's bakery.
