The BMW M5 30th Anniversary Edition is the Most Powerful M5 Ever

The BMW M5 30th anniversary edition car -- or 30 Jahre M5 -- doesn't simply pay homage to one of the world's most recognizable sports sedans, it takes it to the next level. This special-edition M5 is the most powerful M5 ever, and the most powerful member of BMW's M-series.

This rear-wheel-drive car has a twin-turbo, 4.4-liter V8 engine that pumps out 600 horsepower, can zoom from a still position to 100 km/h in only 3.9 seconds and can hit a top speed of 250 km/h.

The car has a unique matte paint dubbed 'Frozen Dark Silver,' and features black chrome on its exhaust tips, grille, door handles and vents.

Only 300 units of the BMW M5 30th anniversary edition car will be built, around 30 of which are headed to the USA.
