Leave No Blood with Off Mosquito Repellent

— April 12, 2008 — Marketing
No, these are not albinos or vampires. This is actually a pretty creative ad campaign for Off, a mosquito repellent.

The "Leave no blood for mosquitoes" message is delivered through the images of a woman, man, and boy who appear to be drained from blood, leaving nothing to attract the mosquitoes.

I like the concept, but the boy is creepy!

The campaign was created by Brazilian ad agency Giovanni+Draftfcb, Rio de Janeiro, with creative direction by Adilson Xavier, Ricardo John & Sidney Araújo, art direction by Marcus Saulnier, and photography by Thelma Vilas Boas.
