Futuristic German E-Bikes

IO eMobility Launched the 'Blade One' Bike with a Minimalist Design

'IO eMobility,' an electric bicycle manufacturer based in Krefeld, Germany, recently announced the 'Blade One' futuristic e-bike model. This bike is ultra-minimalist with no visible motor or battery on the outside of the frame, as these parts are hidden within the down tubes. The frame itself is made from carbon fiber, which allows the bike to weigh in at just 19 kilograms, making it manageable to push or carry if needed.

Despite its low weight and its minimalist frame, the Blade One can support a payload of up to 110 kilograms while still achieving a speed of 15.5 miles per hour and a maximum range of 62 miles per charge. This is achieved by a 250-watt motor and a 360 Wh battery. Additionally, customers can enjoy a stable riding experience with the bike's Kenda tires, hydraulic disc brakes, and transmission system.

The Blade One is available for preorder at an MSRP of $1,848.00 USD.
