Hockey Team Booze

Stanley Cup Champions are Immortalized by Cuervo's Blackhawks Tequila

What better way than to celebrate winning the Stanley Cup than with champagne and beer-at least that’s how the Chicago Blackhawks celebrated on June 9, 2010. But Hawks defenseman Brian Campbell had other ideas; he gifted each of his teammates with their very own personalized bottle of Blackhawks tequila.

Each custom-made bottle of Blackhawks tequila features a hockey card-like photo of each player. And only the best can be called Blackhawks tequila, as the Jose Cuervo Platino is the “world’s best-tasting silver tequila,” according to the site Hugging Harold Reynolds.

If the amount of drinking these young men have already participated in doesn’t give them a Cup hangover next season, then color me surprised.
