Birthday Cake Oreos Celebrate the Treat's 100th Birthday

Since 1912 Oreo has been a popular treat among kids as well as sweet-toothed adults. In honor of Oreo’s 100th birthday on March 6th, 2012, Nabisco has started to roll out festive Birthday Cake Oreos that will be available for the next six to eight weeks.

To emulate the taste and appearance of a birthday cake, these special edition cookies have little rainbow sprinkles in the icing, as well as a vanilla flavor and aroma.

Oreo is also inviting everyone to share their favourite Oreo moments, by uploading photos, videos and stories to their ‘Moments Gallery’. These Birthday Cake Oreos will only be available for a short time, so if you are eager to try them, I suggest you run to your nearest grocery store!
