Eunsu Lee has designed a unique and innovative bird-inspired speaker that brings "the sweet serenade of nature" to one's home. It s common for urban dwellers to feel somewhat disconnected from nature amid the skyscrapers, construction, and noise pollution in the big city. However, Whistle—as the bird-inspired speaker is named—changes that by delivering the delightful experience of "waking up to the sound of birds singing" every morning.
Eunsu Lee has debuted an entire product line to complement the bird-inspired speaker. In addition to the Whistle, the designer has also developed the Whistle_Nest, which is "a wireless charging pad resembling a bird’s nest," and the Whistle_Branch, an LED lighting fixture that transforms the speaker into a full-fledged, multi-functional furniture piece.
The Whistle products aim to harness the power of nature sounds, which have been shown to have calming effects and alleviate stress-related symptoms.
