Designer Scott Lin of Gridesign Studio has created an elegant and practical line of bamboo bow tie chairs. Each chair contains 13 sectional poles of bamboo that have been heated, bent and laminated into the elegant shape that resembles a bow tie.
The simple design creates a playful look that is suitable for modern homes. It is a practical chair with the ability to double as a storage system. Under each seat is an opening that looks like an eye hole and acts as miniature shelf. Both of the seat's arms also have open spaces perfect for storage. These spaces are great for keeping reading materials or tech gadgets like laptops.
The bamboo bow tie chairs are versatile and can be used in the home as well as outside the home for patio furniture.
