88% of men have never received flowers as a gift and to challenge Valentine's gifting conventions, Einstein Bros. Bagels put together a tutorial for a build-your-own "Bro-quet," or an edible bagel bouquet. "When we learned that only 12% of men have ever received flowers, we knew we had an opportunity to do something different," shared Einstein Bros. Bagels Chief Marketing Officer Jessica Serrano.
Putting together a bagel bouquet begins with 12 heart-shaped bagels and a baker's dozen box, plus structural pieces like foam bricks, a circular foam disk and bamboo treat sticks. From there, it's all about presenting the bagel bouquet in an aesthetically pleasing way, using tissue paper, ribbon, and other special touches.
As of February 9th, Einstein Bros. Bagels guests can pre-order the limited-edition Heart Bagels by the Baker's Dozen.
