AZIO unveils a set of new creative mechanical keyboards that boasts a juxtaposing design language merging elements of the past and present. It appears and works as a modern keyboard but also has elements that nod to a classic typewriter. The new capsule of retro mechanical keyboards aims to find the element that lies between minimal design and retro detailing.
The inspiration is drawn from vintage typewriters as the shape of the keys is a concave circle cased inside of what appears to be polished metal. These keys also have a gap between them that allows a backlight to glow through. AZIO only uses premium materials to frame the product by blending aluminum with wood to leather.
