The Alines Group in Chicago Has Pivoted to Take-Out

While before, fine dining was exclusive to the in-restaurant experience, during the COVID-19 pandemic—and quite possibly in its aftermath—consumers are able to enjoy Michelin-star and award-winning restaurant take-out at home. Popular examples of this present Alinea, Next and Roister, and The Aviary. All three of these establishments are owned by The Alinea Group.

Each restaurant offers "a single dish, which changes frequently." It was reported recently that Alinea produced "1,250 dinners per day," showcasing how many consumers crave the fine dining experience in their homes. Examples of the daily award-winning restaurant take-out menu include a coq au vin from Alinea, ready-to-bake pastries from The Aviary, and even mimosa.
