Described as a "no-recipe recipe," the avocado toast is mostly made by adding ingredients on top of toasted bread. First you need to grill sweet corn with olive oil, butter, smoked paprika, salt and pepper (or use up your leftovers). On toast, spread mashed avocados evenly before adding the grilled corn, plus crumbled queso fresco cheese, more smoked paprika and fresh cilantro. Then just squeeze some lime wedges on top and you are good to go.
