Startup Beyond Pricing Provides Automated Pricing for Airbnb Hosts

This platform offers automated pricing specifically for Airbnb hosts. Beyond Pricing connects to an Airbnb account and can calculate the optimum room price and therefore increase the potential profit. This is based on weather, vacation rental sales, airline arrivals and other related variables that could affect room rates on any given day.

Users can create an account on the Beyond Pricing website, which they link to their Airbnb profile. The platform analyzes the user's property history as well as the performance of relevant listings in the area to establish a base rate. Users can preview daily pricings before making the decision of whether or not to go ahead with automated pricing.

Currently in beta, Beyond Pricing will eventually charge 1% of each rental.
