The Audi Carbon Ski has a wooden core layered over with aluminum and titanium. The ski is covered in a carbon case, which brings the total weight of the skis to 1,500 grams -- 200 grams less than comparable models. Skiers looking to outperform and out-style their opponents can expect to see these skis hit store shelves winter 2011.
