The Spring/Summer 2014 menswear collection by Astrid Andersen is made up of a mix of sportswear silhouettes and feminine detailing. The unusual collection features sporty looks like track pants and athletic-inspired outfits, infused with lace and cutouts that expose hints of flesh below. The garments play with varying levels of opacity and skin.
One of the most striking pieces from the collection is a top that consists of half-sleeves and a neck-covering, leaving the bare model's entire torso exposed. Although it doesn't consist of much fabric, it is certainly a memorable garment.
Andersen's collection was shown at the 'London Collections: MEN SS14,' featuring a palette of fresh whites, neutrals and pale yellow-greens.
