Climate-Centric Technical Outerwear

The Arc’teryx Veilance Fall/Winter 2019 Range is Muted

The latest Arc’teryx Veilance Fall/Winter 2019 collection is designed to combat the urban weather threats of New York City. The latest seasonal capsule drops in correlation with the label's decade anniversary, celebrating its technical work during colder seasons. There is a prominent display of its expertise of materials such as GORE-TEX, focusing on the highly technical designs through a series of different insulation levels.

The label's Creative Director, Taka Kasuga explains that it also features a layering approach that blends insulation with creating an "adaptive range that can meet the demands of any environment.” The new designs are adorned in an earthy color palette, inspired by Edward Burtynsky, a Canadian photographer that captures industrial landscapes from a macro perspective. The Arc’teryx Veilance Fall/Winter 2019 also sees new shades entitled 'Clay,' 'Shale,' 'Laver,' 'Alga,' and 'Silt.'
