Etsy Launched an AR Tool for Users to See Items in Their Home

Etsy recently announced its new AR tool which will help users imagine how art products will look in their home. The AR tool can be accessed through the Etsy app, for iPhone or iPad, and it will superimpose a picture onto the user's wall to let them see how a product will look ahead of purchase. Additionally in the future, Etsy will look to extend the tool's capabilities to allow uses to see how other products will look in their home. Etsy is also working on making the tool available for Android users.

The company stated that the rationale behind the tool was to pride a more visual experience for customers as they shop.
