Revived Retro Basketball Sneakers

Reebok Relaunches Allen Iverson's 'Answer 1' Sneaker

Sportswear giant Reebok has officially relaunched Allen Iverson's 'Answer 1' basketball shoe, an iconic silhouette that was first released in 1997 and then re-released as a limited-edition alternative in 2018 with an alternative colorway. Now, the sneaker has been once again revived in its original OG colorway -- a model that will no doubt appeal to retro sneakerheads and fans of Iverson.

Like the original, the newly relaunched 'Answer 1' sneaker features tumbled white leather uppers that are combined with black, red, and gold detailing. Of course, this trio of colors is a reference to the colors of the Philadelphia 76ers basketball team, which Iverson played for.

For those interested, Allen Iverson’s “Answer 1” is set to drop on June 29 and will be available to purchase at select retailers and on Reebok's website.
