Shake Shack UK is teaming up with chef and AngloThai co-founder John Chantarasak for a bold, flavour-packed menu available for one day only. This exclusive collaboration blends Shake Shack’s iconic comfort food with AngloThai’s boundary-pushing Thai-inspired cuisine.
Headlining the menu is the AngloThai Burger, a reimagined Shack burger that features a red curry paste-fried Aberdeen Angus beef patty, layered with ox tongue glazed in scallop roe and smoked chilli jam. It’s elevated further with a wild garlic and green olive purée, som tam-infused pickles, and served on a toasted potato bun finished with a brush of spiced honey butter.
Elsewhere are the Laab Spiced Fries, Shake Shack’s signature crinkle cuts but with a Thai-inspired upgrade. Dusted with AngloThai’s house laab spice blend, the fries are topped with fermented yellow soybean mayonnaise and wild garlic sweet chilli relish for a spicy, savoury kick.
