Its grill-like aesthetic patterns Kostromicheva's skin with patches of light and shadow. Both outfits were selected from Gareth Pugh's designs.

Shot by Emma Tempest for the magazine's February 2012 issue, the Alla Kostromicheva Vogue Russia editorial was styled by Camilla Pole. Kostromicheva does a stunning job enhancing the geometric qualities of the outfits Pole clad her in, using her arms in particular to almost mimic the patterns. Her slick ponytail was done by Halley Brisker with makeup by Zoe Taylor.
