The new platform will allow passengers to process and check their bags from outside the airport, creating an efficient and contactless boarding experience.

All travelers are required to do is pre-book baggage collection before their departure to the airport via the company's website or mobile app. Once booked, a courier will visit their homes, digitally verify their identities and travel documents, collect their bags, and head to the airport.
