Puig, the beauty brand, recently launched a new digital fragrance selection tool AILICE that helps customers discover fragrances notes without having to smell them in person. The tool was inspired by the classic children's novel 'Alice in Wonderland' and pays homage to the protagonist "looking through the looking glass."
Customers can use the new AILICE tool through the company's website to find information about the fragrance's olfactory family and prominent ingredients. Once a customer analyzes an aroma, similar ones will be recommended by the tool. Additionally, customers can add favorite scents to their wish list to be purchased later.
Currently, the Puig AILICE tool is being piloted in Penhaligon’s boutiques in the UK and Asia with hopes to launch internationally shortly.
