ElevenLabs' 11ai Takes Meaningful Action to Enhance Daily Workflows

Traditional AI-powered voice assistants are useful for answering questions and holding conversations, but they often fall short when it comes to executing helpful tasks, which is why ElevenLabs created 11ai. Described as "the voice-first AI assistant that takes action," 11ai combines ElevenLabs Conversational AI technology with the Model Context Protocol (MCP.)

With 11ai, users can enhance their daily workflow with the power of their voice, simply by saying something like "Catch me up on yesterday's Slack messages in the engineering channel."

ElevenLabs Conversational AI now has built-in support for MCP so that AI agents connect to services like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, and Zapier, and out-of-the-box integrations are provided for Linear, Notion, Perplexity and more. Notably, 11ai only has access to specific, authorized actions so that users stay in control of what their AI assistant can and can't do.
