ElevenLabs later released its turbo model, making it possible for real-time phone calls to happen through the Thoughtly platform. Now, hyperrealistic, human-like AI agents can make inbound and outbound calls for businesses around the world.

Although some AI voices sound robotic, the ones provided by ElevenLabs are exceptionally realistic, so much so that some customers believe they're human employees.
