— January 17, 2013 — Fashion
These dramatic Du Juan photoshoots amass the work of the Chinese model. Although once a professional ballet dancer, Juan eventually become dubbed the first supermodel to come of China, an impressive feat for the 30 year old.

Gloomy glamor editorials and nifty nineties workwear have been championed by Juan. These productions have come of her collaborations with Vogue Paris, Vogue China and W Magazine. She has also mastered the runway fore via her appearances along the catwalks of Valentino, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Roberto Cavalli and Chanel.

One of her biggest claims to fame stems from work that she did with Mario Testino in 2005. Their partnership placed her on the cover of Vogue Paris, bringing about her recognition as the first cover model of Asian descent.
