These new Wonderful Pistachios snacks have been announced by the brand as part of its foray into the confectionery category to help diversify its offerings and catch the attention of curious foodies.
The brand is launching the new Chocolate Sea Salt and Chocolate Toffee pistachios, which both start off with California-grown roasted pistachios. The pistachios are then lightly coated in a 50% cacao dark chocolate to give them a sweet and salty taste, while also incorporating smooth and crunchy textures.
Vice President of Marketing Diana Salsa spoke on the new Wonderful Pistachios snacks saying, "Consumers are increasingly looking for snacks that hit the sweet spot, literally and nutritionally. With Chocolate Sea Salt and Chocolate Toffee, we’re giving snackers the best of both worlds: The crisp crunch of pistachios paired with a bite-sized amount of dark chocolate decadence."
