The newly opened UO x Glendale location reflects Urban Outfitters' brand-new store concept and retail environment, built on insights from UO Insiders, the brand's engaged community Gen Z shoppers. This brighter, modern, flexible store design recognizes that 72% of Gen Z consumers are shopping in malls, and that this demographic loves personalization—be it in the form of scarves, charms, accessories and more. This new store experience makes the most of modular and responsive fixtures so that merchandising can shift with consumer demands and the seasons.
