The UNIQLO Toronto Eaton Centre store has reopened following a comprehensive renovation, nearly a decade after the brand introduced its first Canadian location.
As the company’s flagship in Canada, the refreshed space highlights UNIQLO’s 'LifeWear' concept by combining functionality, simplicity, and quality within an elevated shopping environment. Updates include redesigned changerooms, new floors and ceilings, enhanced mannequins, lightboxes, and digital screens, all aimed at improving the overall consumer experience.
To celebrate the reopening, UNIQLO organized a weekend of festivities for the community. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was accompanied by complimentary madeleines from renowned Japanese bakery Uncle Tetsu and coffee from local roaster De Mello for the first 300 customers while the first 100 visitors also received a $10 UNIQLO gift card. Throughout the weekend, shoppers can participate in a 'Maple Tree' activity offering guaranteed prizes, including UNIQLO merchandise, gift cards, and select local treats, reinforcing the store’s community connection.
