Tinder Double Date Island Premieres Exclusively on TikTok

Currently, Tinder is casting single best friends from around the world to star in its Tinder Double Date Island series, which will premiere exclusively on TikTok. Inspired by the dating app's Double Date feature for a lower-pressure, friendship-first approach to dating, Double Date Island will share the stories of duos in Portugal meeting other pairs of singles.

As part of the show's unscripted episodic format, participants will participate in dates, activities and challenges, and hopefully discover that dating can be more fun with the support of a good friend. Early dating can be a minefield of overthinking, low-grade anxiety, and situationship uncertainty, but bringing a trusted friend along for a double date has a way of helping people relax into themselves and actually enjoy the experience rather than spending the whole night in their own heads.

Now through June 28th, Tinder is looking for single applicants between the ages of 18 and 30 who have an active, verified Tinder account and meet other eligibility requirements.
